These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Skillshift platform.
Access to Service
Access to the Skillshift platform is reserved for users with an active account. Use of the service implies acceptance of these Terms.
User Account
Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. All activity performed through an account is the responsibility of its holder.
Data & Ownership
Data imported by users remains their exclusive property. Skillshift commits to never selling or sharing this data with third parties without explicit consent.
Liability
Skillshift strives to ensure service availability and security. However, Skillshift cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions related to maintenance or force majeure.
Termination
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Data will be exportable for 30 days following termination.
